The likelihood of buying a counterfeit ticket is very high if you take it “from hand” or on resellers’ websites. We wouldn’t take risks ourselves and we don’t advise you – it doesn’t make sense. They are not cheaper.

I want to give a ticket to a friend/child/father. Does the name on the ticket matter?

No, it doesn't. Scanners at the stadium only recognize the barcode, so you can buy a ticket in your name and give it to anyone. The last name and first name are needed here for formality - we cannot sell a ticket to someone unknown.

Can you show off a photo of your ticket on social networks? I heard it's not safe.

There are a lot of stories on the Internet about how people who posted a photo of a ticket on Facebook or Instagram ended up not getting to the event. Attackers can copy the barcode indicated on the photo (or screenshot) you published. Then they will insert the barcode into the electronic ticket form and will be able to get to the match without any problems for your money. Or sell someone the ticket you bought.

To copy a barcode, even the numbers indicated at the bottom of it are enough: you can use them to restore everything else. As we have already said, the scanners at the stadium only recognize the barcode, so by stealing it, the attackers will in fact steal your ticket. If you really want to post a photo of your ticket on social networks, carefully retouch the entire barcode and the numbers underneath it.

In general, this advice applies to any documents with barcodes: from concert or plane tickets to lottery coupons. It’s better to publish photos from events; there will be more likes and fewer risks.

I want to buy tickets, but there are none. Did you post everything at once? When will new ones appear?

We sell tickets in parts. And we do this to protect our clients. If we release everything at once, speculators will book the entire stadium, and you will have to buy tickets from them at exorbitant prices. The same thing will happen if we make a long reservation, as many are asking.
