Parcel status dressed in resolved. Acceptance - what does it mean and how is the status translated into Russian on Aliexpress
Many people order goods with free shipping from China and by chance use the exotic services of such Asian mail as China Post Air Mail, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, etc., where often stores and sellers provide a track code (tracking number) by which you can track the parcel and more or less predict when it will fucking arrive. The postal statuses of China's mail are essentially a Chinese letter and a mere mortal is unlikely to figure out how to decipher it all. To do this, below I will try to explain what the statuses in China post mean, which you see when tracking a parcel by track number.

Tracking statuses of a parcel from China (statuses of postal items - China)

Status Collection收寄局收寄 or Acceptance (Acceptance) - means that the parcel has arrived at the China Post.
Status Opening出口总包互封开拆 (The parcel arrived at the transit point) - this status means that it arrived at the transit point (nothing to do with opening or opening the parcel)
Status Dispatching出口总包互封封发 (Arrival at MMPO, Processing) - the parcel is sent from one transit point to another
Status Departure from outward office of exchange出口总包直封封发 (Export, Total Export) - the actual sending of a postal item outside of China, that is, the parcel flew out of China and after some time will arrive in the country of the recipient of the parcel. But the nuance is that such a status can be repeated many times until the parcel is actually loaded and sent.
Status NULL交航 - no exact information, most often means that the parcel has passed customs and left China, in rare cases it may mean that it has been returned to the sender.
Status: The item is pre-advised- means that the track number was ordered/purchased electronically (online pre-order), and the parcel has not yet been given away, that is, it has not arrived at the post office (the sender has not yet brought the parcel to the post office and it has not been sent).

Parcel type status Russian Federation: Unknown attribute when tracking a parcel from Aliexpress, this is just the most common status that could not be automatically translated into English or Russian. To understand where the package is and what is happening with the package, track without translation so that the statuses are displayed in Chinese (for example) and then insert these hieroglyphs into Google translator and translate into English, then you will get a normal status with an adequate translation. In short, this is just an error in the translation of the status of the package, and everything is fine with the package itself, so don't worry ..

There are also three-letter designations (Loacation), these are airport codes, often this CAN(Guangzhou), PEK (Beijing) or PVG(Shanghai), although there are others .. To decrypt them, enter in the browser http://www.flightstats.com/go/Airport/airportDetails.do?airportCode=ABC where instead of ABC enter your 3-character code or the second method, go to the IATA website (international aviation office) http://www.iata.org/publications/Pages/code-search.aspx and in the middle of the site you will see a search form, where in the drop-down list select Location code, and in the empty field enter your three-digit code and click on the Search button, in general, as in the picture:

Parcel statuses in destination country

Upon arrival in the country of destination (for example, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine), the statuses of the parcels are more clear. By the way, sometimes the package does not immediately reach your city or locality, but goes in transit through other cities, in the same way, when sent from China, the package can even go through neighboring countries, so you should not panic or worry, everything is fine, this is mail. So let's look at the typical statuses of parcels upon arrival in the country of destination, for most countries everything is about the same:

Import(Import) - the parcel has arrived (arrived) in the country of destination, it is being processed for transfer to customs.
Reception at customs– is being transferred to customs for clearance.
Customs clearance. Customs Release– the parcel has passed all the necessary customs clearance and is being prepared for release from sorting point MMPO(Site of the International Moal Exchange)
Left the place of international exchange MMPO- the parcel left customs and was handed over to the post office for further dispatch.
Left sorting center- the parcel is sorted and sent to its destination.
Came to the place of delivery- the parcel has arrived at the post office, which means that the parcel has arrived at your local post office and you can already go to receive it even without notification, or you can wait for a notification (usually they bring it to the mailbox, the one in your mailbox).
Delivery to the addressee(Product Delivered) - the package has already been delivered to the recipient, the receipt of the package is confirmed by the recipient.

Problematic and unpleasant parcel statuses

Above, we described the standard statuses of parcels, they mean that the parcel is on the way and goes (eats, flies, floats) to the recipient. It happens that the package can loop or get stuck on one status, the statuses can be repeated, sometimes it can skip some statuses, this is normal and in most cases everything comes fine (sometimes with delays). But there are statuses that make you worry and mean problems:

Return. Other circumstances- this status means that something is wrong with your package. And it is returned to the sender. What is wrong can be found out by calling the mail hotline or your local post office and indicating the track number (tracking number), they will tell you what needs to be done and possible reasons for returning the parcel.
Return. return customs- this status means that at the customs stage, your parcel was turned back, most often if the address is written illegibly or some prohibited goods in the parcel (for example, spy stuff or something from the prohibited list), this status can also be if customs clearance was required, and the recipient refused to pay and clear the parcel.
Unsuccessful attempt of delivery- this status is most often accompanied by a clarification about the reasons for the failure. This may be Incorrect (incorrect) address, Inaccurate address, Incomplete address, Recipient dropped out, etc. In such a situation, it is important to have time to pick up the parcel from the post office before the parcel storage time has expired (depending on your country, this is at least 5 and no more than 30 days, you can check this at your mail). Sometimes it happens that the postal code is incorrectly indicated and the parcel arrived, but not to your post office, but to some neighboring one (call the post office, tell them the track number and they will tell you which address to pick up the parcel). Sometimes if you don’t pick up the parcel on the first day, then such a status may also appear, so perhaps the mail notification is already lying in your mailbox.
Return. Shelf life expired- most likely you forgot or did not have time to receive the package on time and it was returned back to the sender.
Sending Sending- most likely the parcel arrived at the wrong post office and was redirected to another. Do not worry, this is not a problem and means that the package is moving on, but we recommend that you control this process and this situation, and then ask what the problem was so that all your subsequent packages go without such delays and nuances.

How to check the status of a parcel from China?

To do this, we recommend downloading and installing a special plug-in for your browser, which will allow you to track any international mail with one click:
For Google Chrome browser: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/aliexpress-tool/
For Opera browser: https://addons.opera.com/ru/extensions/details/aliexpress-tool/?display=eng
For Mozilla/Firefox browser: https://addons.mozilla.org/ru/firefox/addon/aliexpress-tool/

Where is the best place to watch products on Aliexpress with big discounts?

Not everyone knows, but sometimes for 10 dollars you can fully dress and put on Aliexpress. Various sales are constantly taking place in the Aliexpress online store, there are entire sections and sections that constantly give discounts for buyers on Aliexpress (

How to find out the status of a parcel from AliExpress

To check the status of an online order, you will need its track code - an identification number in a single database of international mail. You can find it on the completed purchase form, which is located in Personal account user.

The further algorithm for tracking mail statuses is the same for all tracker services, including state ones:

1. Copy or write down the track number of your order on .

2. Paste or type it manually into the special field on the tracking site.

3. Click Track. Wait for the status of your package to be updated and downloaded (usually it takes no more than 30-40 seconds).

Why the status of the Aliexpress package is not tracked

Possible reasons why the statuses of the Aliexpress package are not tracked on tracker services:

  • you made a mistake when entering the track number of the order;
  • the seller provided you with a non-standard track code;
  • the seller gave you a fake tracking number;
  • 5-10 days have not passed since the registration of the sent order;
  • tracking on the service you have chosen does not work correctly;
  • mail databases are temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.

Why the status of the package with Aliexpress does not change for a long time

Did you receive a track code sent to you from the order started to be tracked, but stopped for a long time in the "Accepting" status? Perhaps this is due to the fact that you made a purchase during the annual sale or on the eve of the holidays. In such cases, tracking problems are most often attributed to China Post overload, and you need to wait a bit. If after 5-7 days the status remains the same, it makes sense to inform the seller about this or open a dispute.

If your package is in the status of "export" or "sent from the airport", and they do not change for a long time, you should not worry either. If tracking stops for 10-20 days, this is quite normal. On the way to the country of destination, most international mail items pass through several intermediate transit points. Some shipped orders are tracked in detail at all stages of movement. Others may “disappear from sight” after crossing the border of the Celestial Empire and reappear only after entering the place of international exchange in the recipient country.

We recommend that you be patient, but do not forget to monitor the order protection counter. If there are 5 days left before the protection expires, and your package is still not tracked, it makes sense to request an extension of the purchase protection period. You can do this by contacting the seller or by clicking on the "Extend Protection" button on your order form.

We wish you happy shopping and hassle-free delivery of your purchases!

Delivery to the addressee

Delivery to the recipient

Means the actual receipt of the mail item by the recipient specified in the mail item.

Flew to destination country

The postal item will be transferred to the post office of the country of destination, for delivery to one of the places of international mail exchange, and subsequent import / export operations.

The following status will not be displayed immediately upon arrival at the airport of the destination country, but after the mail item arrives and is accepted (unloaded, processed and scanned) by the postal service.
This may take from 3 to 10 days.

The postal item departed from the airport of the sender's country and is sent to the country of destination.

After the parcel leaves the territory of the sender's country and arrives at the destination country, such shipments are re-marked with untraceable track codes and are no longer tracked.

When the parcel arrives at your post office, you will receive a paper notice with which you must come to the post office and receive the parcel.

If information about the goods sent to the IGO is missing or does not correspond to the actual, this significantly increases the time spent on clearance of shipments, since it becomes necessary to conduct customs inspection and document its results.

Sending

The parcel was sent to the wrong index or address, an error was found and the parcel was redirected to the correct address.

International mail import

The operation of receiving a shipment in the country of the recipient.

All mail entering the territory Russian Federation from flights, starts the journey at the aviation mail transportation department (AOPP) - a special postal warehouse at the airport. From the aircraft, within 4-6 hours, the shipments arrive at the AOPP, the containers are registered, their integrity and weight are checked. Mail is registered in an electronic database. During registration, a barcode is scanned, data is entered about where the container is addressed (for example, MMPO Moscow), from which flight it arrived, about the country and date of formation of the container, etc. The time of these operations can be increased from 1 to 7x days due to the limited capacity of AOPP.

The next operation after exporting from the country of origin, which is reflected on the site when tracking the shipment, is import to the country of destination. Import information appears after the shipment has been handed over by the carrier to the postal operator of the country of destination. The operation "Import" means that the shipment arrived on the territory of Russia and was registered. International shipments arrive in Russia through the place of international postal exchange (IMPO). There are several MMPOs in Russia: in Moscow, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Samara, Petrozavodsk, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Bryansk. Choosing the city where exactly to enter international departure depends on the country of the sender. The choice depends on the availability of regular flights and free carrying capacity in a particular direction.

  • New Delivery Attempt

  • Return to sender
What to do if this status is received:
  • It is necessary to contact the post office delivering the item and find out the reason for the non-delivery.
  • You must independently contact the post office to receive the shipment without waiting for a notification.

The postal item was transferred to the customs service of the sending state for inspection and other customs procedures. If the parcel passes the customs check successfully, then it will be sent to the country of destination.

On average, the export operation takes from 7 to 14 days, but sometimes this operation can take up to 60 days.

If the shipment is in the "Export" status, then it is impossible to track it (find out what exactly is happening with it), only at the import stage you will be able to see your parcel and monitor its further movement. The use of transit traffic and certain restrictions often delay departures. However, if your parcel was sent more than 3 months ago, but has not received the status of "Import", then the sender needs to contact the post office and apply for a search.

Export, processing

Means the actual sending of the postal item to the country of destination.

The "Export" status includes the transfer of the parcel to a foreign carrier, which, by land or air transportation, transports it to the MMPO of the country of destination. As a rule, this status is the longest and the transition to "Import" may take some time. This is due to the peculiarities of the routes of flights and the formation of the optimal weight for transporting it by plane. For example, shipments from China may be delayed due to the fact that cargo planes can carry at least 50 - 100 tons.
On average, the export operation takes from 7 to 14 days, but sometimes this operation can take up to 60 days.

Electronic mail registration

It means that the seller has registered the postal item (track code) on the website of the postal (courier service), but in fact, the postal item has not yet been transferred to the postal service. As a rule, it can take from 1 to 7 days from the moment of registration to the moment of the actual transfer of the parcel. After sending the parcel, the status will change to "Receiving" or similar.

Today, the purchase of goods on the Chinese site is not much different from shopping in Russian online stores. But buyers of the site constantly have to come across incomprehensible English-language designations. The site is Russified, but anglicisms have not gone away. Therefore, buyers often have questions from the category - what does it mean on Aliexpress "Acceptance"?

Status "accaptance" on Aliexpress - what does it mean?

Let's start with the fact that this is one of the many package statuses. This status is encountered only after the purchase of the goods. For the user, this status should be a joyful moment.

Because it notifies the buyer that the package has been successfully received by China Post. Roughly speaking, the seller sent the goods.

At "Acceptance" on Aliexpress translation into Russian - "Accepted".

But not everything is so smooth. Pay attention to subscriptions. There can be three of them in total (always one note is indicated for each order):

  • China;
  • note.

If you do not go into details, only the third postscript should bother you. She says that the shipment was not accepted by mail. You don't know the exact reason for the rejection. This may be the fault of the seller, who incorrectly filled out the application for shipment. Perhaps the employees did “something wrong”, which is why the supplier needs to go back to the post office and clarify the details of the problem. In general, if you see the postscript "Note", write to the seller as soon as possible.

The parcel was accepted by Chinese mail, but the track number is not tracked.

Regardless of which way package is coming to your country, the "acceptance" signature does not say that the track number should already work. When the goods are received by mail, they are not immediately entered into the appropriate database, thanks to which the buyer monitors the parcel. Some buyers have to wait even 10-14 days after the "Acceptance" status to follow the ongoing purchase.

If 3 weeks have passed since the status was assigned to the order, and the track number is still perceived as erroneous, then there is no code. The seller indicated random numbers and letters, as he refused to pay extra for the track number. This is normal if your purchase is $1-2. If the order costs $100-200, you can open a Dispute and complain about the seller.

Other order statuses for Aliexpress

  • "Acceptance" is followed by "Opening". The status confirms that the package is now in transit.
  • "Dispatching" - the parcel will be processed, after which it will leave the borders of China and go to your country.
  • "Total Export" - this notification confirms that the package has been processed and is already in the country of the buyer.

After this status, the track number can already be checked on the Russian Post website. Although there may be failures within 1-2 business days. If the number still does not provide information, then the seller did not order it. Therefore, you will have to wait for a notification from the Russian Post, or on your own periodically come to the post office, checking if the parcel has arrived.

I don't see much point in knowing detailed description of one postal status or another. The meaning of most of them is clear from the name, the meaning of others is not so important (again, for me).

However, many users want to figure out what the package statuses they see when tracking mean. So I will give a description of the most frequent and popular statuses that you can find on various trackers.

Upon receipt of goods by international mail within a calendar month, the customs value of which exceeds 1000 euros, and (or) the total weight of which exceeds 31 kilograms, in terms of such excess, it is necessary to pay customs duties, taxes using a single rate of 30% of the customs value of goods , but not less than 4 euros per 1 kilogram of their weight. If information about the goods sent to the IGO is missing or does not correspond to the actual, this significantly increases the time spent on clearance of shipments, since it becomes necessary to conduct customs inspection and document its results.

Sending

The parcel was sent to the wrong index or address, they found an error and redirected it to the correct address.

International mail import

The operation of receiving a shipment in the country of the recipient.

All mail arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation from flights begins its journey at the aviation mail transportation department (AOPP) - a special postal warehouse at the airport.

The choice of the city where the international shipment will go depends on the country of the sender. The choice depends on the availability of regular flights and free carrying capacity in a particular direction.

What do the statuses of mailings mean in English?

What is on Aliexpress, what is on popular trackers, all the statuses of mail items are translated into Russian. So you will not often encounter statuses in English. And yet I decided to add here the translation and decoding of the most popular of them.

Firstly, you can run into them when tracking the track number directly on the website of one of the foreign delivery services, where there simply will be no Russian language.

Secondly, the machine translation of some statuses does not add clarity to the word at all.

So I think the information below will be useful to someone. I also note that different delivery services use different names for essentially the same actions. Therefore, some statuses will be translated in the same way so as not to create confusion.

Order information received by carrier

airline arrive at destination country

Arrived in the country of destination - air delivery.

It means that the parcel has arrived in your country.

attempted delivery

Delivery attempt.

If you see this status, then in fact the courier should have already contacted you and agreed on a delivery time. If no one contacted you, then soon the status will change to "Unsuccessful delivery attempt". In this case, you should contact the courier office and explain the situation.

Most likely, they simply could not get through to you.

import of international mail
